Build the system your bar runs on.

We set it up with you, around how you run the week. Then it builds every week your way.

Running at Double Chicken Please, New York.

Start with the job that eats your week.

Scheduling and prep are where CrewWeek started.

  • Who works when

Built from your rules and everyone's availability, before anyone sees the week.

  • What to make today

What to prep today and what's due this week, worked out from your minimum stock.

  • Anything else eating your week?

Tell us how you handle it today, and we'll work it out with you.

One login, one set of permissions, and one place for the team to work. Your rules, staff and recipes stay yours.

How we work.

  1. Walk us through your week

How you plan it today, and where it breaks.

    45 min · free

  2. We write down how you run it

Your rules, your words for things, and how the week should look on paper. You keep the written rules, even if you don't go ahead.

    • “Sam can't work Mondays.”
    • “Prep lime juice to par, without making more than we can use in two days.”

    Week 1

  3. We set it up, you check it

Your staff, positions and recipes go in. You check it on screen and on paper before your team uses it.

    A few weeks

  4. It builds every week

The whole week, ready for you to check, change and publish.

    Every week

Let's look at your week.

We'll set a time to go through your week with you. We set up a few venues at a time. If your week is simple and a free app already handles it, keep it: CrewWeek is for weeks with more rules than that. To start, tell us:

  • What you plan the week with today
  • How many venues you run, and roughly how many staff
  • What takes the longest

CrewWeek is made by Nova Hour.

Is this custom software?

It's software, set up for you. One CrewWeek system, configured around how your venue actually runs: we map your workflow and rules, then set them up in the product. When a new problem fits CrewWeek, we scope it separately.

How is it priced?

Two parts. A one-off setup fee, quoted once we've been through your week. Then a monthly fee per venue, covering hosting, updates and support, including changes to your rules. Anything new, like another workflow, is scoped and quoted before work starts.
